Think the humanity of the situation Ed Snowden found himself in was very well depicted and written into the film...lovely performance by Joseph Gordon-Levitt...I have watch something else Joseph was in recently the 'Look Out'... and then, remembered this film, Snowden, and have now watched it a bit late since production but, it is a worthy film, and quite rightly, this whistle blow was needed... and it is there to protect humanity... not to harm anyone, I feel he did an amazing thing in telling us all, the depth to which the world is sinking in mistrust.. and lack of insight, surely keeping the planet healthy climate wise and with regard to human race survival,... surely... there is more to our world and our being here, that requires deeper understanding other than, a dictatorial order... surely, it can't just be the rich in society always stamping on the poor...?...And surely, our development of space exploration is important.. too..and understanding of spirit... and hey, if ...for the very reason, we exhaust ourselves, over fighting between nations... well.....perhaps, we will gain back our God.
