The sushi is fresh and tastes great, the other dishes blow my mind, the atmosphere is incredible (especially with the Japanese tunes; nice touch, by the way), and the staff is super friendly. So happy to have found Ms. Really soon!More, We've probably eaten at Ms. Masaki 10 times or so. The sauce which contained sesame seeds was awful.

The flavor there was simple nothing special. Ms Masaki can give Nobu which I have eaten in Tokyo a good run for its money. Sooo, if you want great sushi and have time, GO! Very friendly staff and great vibe. The service is outstanding and even though there is only one waitress working at a time, you are never neglected. attentive. It was not as crowded and we were able to sit right down at a table of our choosing. I knew we weren’t the only ones upset with the ridiculously long wait as the table next to us was complaining that they had ordered almost an hour ago and brought the wait to the servers attention.
I will definitely...go back. Everything is so wonderful. We also tried a bowl with beef plus veggies which looked so fresh and tasted great. Diane brings the same great Japanese flavors as any amazing Japanese chef could. The second time I’m still convinced it’s the best! Please check with the restaurant directly. Both rolls were excellent, not over stuffed with rice. On one roll it was completely covered with them, the other roll had them inside. You WILL Love...it, I mean it!
So far Hiro's in Sedona is the best around, but I will keep you apprised if I find better than Hiro's.
