OECD iLibrary Public-private partnerships (PPPs) are long-term contractual agreements between the government and a private sector partner, regarding the delivery and funding of infrastructure and public services, in which project risks are shared. Most of the reports relate to the OECD Model Tax Convention on Income and on Capital.

The new programme Responsible business conduct in Latin America and the Caribbean, implemented together with the International Labour Organization, the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the European Union, aims to promote smart, sustainable and inclusive growth in the EU and Latin America and Caribbean by supporting responsible business conduct practices in line with the UN, ILO and OECD instruments. It also provides strong support to OECD's Global forums and regional events. The two organisations share the same values, pursue similar objectives, and make agreements on the basis of consensus.
