US employers hiring foreign workers on H-1B and other work visas will be required to pay foreign workers prevailing wages or the actual wage paid to other employees with similar experience and qualifications. No Special Rate tables will be changed based on the OPM annual review of special rates, and no additions of new SSR schedules. It is especially critical at this time of year for Agencies to verify all documents in suspense, not just those of individual human resources staff members.
