Hard to pin down exactly, but there are a slew of these new restaurants (mostly Italian-esque) with great looking menus and a certain clinical, kitschy ambiance (I realize that sounds somewhat oxymoronic) that are super overpriced with food that’s mostly tasteless.
The front of the restaurant borders on a park area along the river, but there isn't any equipment for kids to play on. Orders are taken and processed incorrectly; food is delivered at varying times; waitstaff vaporize and are nowhere to be found when an issue arises; and food often is served lukewarm or cold (you can see plates from the open kitchen sitting under heat lamps for what seems like an eternity awaiting table delivery).
