This company (Aberdeenshire) emptied a septic tank no problems - but I then asked for a quote to repair a pipe in the tank and it took them 4 weeks to quote. None of my questions about the results of the CCTV survey have been answered and I have not had any indication of costs or when the work might be done. They quoted over £900.

Staff not fully trained, managers are confused 99.9% of the time, Joke people leave on a daily basis management are clowns and there’s more office staff than engineers certain engineers get all the decent work as they are so far up there manager’s a## it’s unreal. They will say once you achieved all training you’ll get full pay but they make it impossible to achieve all modules of training and the management know this. STAY AWAY. Amazing service, I had a quote for drain repairs by another company in Birmingham who wanted 2200 for repairs however lanes fixed the issue for just 950 absolutely amazing price and fixed at very short notice, thanks to mark at the Birmingham depot. The tank was overfull and clearly had solid concrete inside. This did not include a breakdown. long hours and treated like sh**! Adam not only cleared our drains, he then checked everything was flowing properly to make sure the issue was resolved. Excellent experience both from Lanes for Drains as a company and Simon O'Brian the engineer.We are a community group who urgently needed a drain clearing outside a building which we are converting into a cafe. After an hour, we finally had a working toilet. Lanes for drains came to inspect the concrete washout tank to provide a quotation. Operators very friendly and helpful and efficient. He was extremely helpful and arrived with all the necessary equipment including a camera for searching the drain, he confirmed it was still well and truly blocked.
