We made several purchases from Carluccio’s food selection which make excellent gifts for Christmas or any time of the year for that matter. It seems authentically Italian and certainly the coffee and pastries are Italian. A very disappointing meal, poorly cooked food and carelessly presented. Well done everyone! Our new autumn menu includes delicious dishes such as Polpette, Beef Ragu Pappardelle and Veganese – a vegan edition of our classic Chicken Milanese! Lovely food lovely place to eat and drink. I didn't know this was their policy! Staff were not pleasant, not a smile in place. Staff at the York branch were welcoming and effective, despite a Christmas shopping rush. Every member of the team is cheerful, pleasant, and as efficient as they can be with a full restaurant.
