I’ve been stuck at the same weight for 2 months now and I don’t know why… I hope this month I’ll lose it. Haha. I stopped searching for the right workout for me since I easily get losing my weights and eating food consistently at regular intervals is difficult to achieve especially if I am already in the office and working busily all day. I haven’t had a significant weight loss but I did lose 5% of my body fat and I look different.

There is no need to be rude to her, she makes this calendars for us for free and even made an app so everything is more comfortable and the workout experience grows, in a way; of course not everyone is going to feel the same about this changes, but there is always a way to express our feelings without being rude.
