09-13-2017 09-13-2017 I realize that your Pro probably came with 11, but at least you have another device that allows you to use AnyPlace. @RogersHelps no internet at Keele and Finch.
For example, I've retained the "old" version of Anyplace HE on my iPad and I haven't upgraded my iOS to 11 either, so I can stream and use the guide just fine. RogersCilio.

Bell watch tv app works with IOS 11 as a friend has it, sad that Rogers seems not to be up to date on this stuff, and have to wait months for a resolution. Whether I'm accessing it on my PC via Chrome or my Android phone. I didn't use it yesterday. Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.

I use the RAPTV web app. The same thing happened almost exactly 2 years ago in late 2015 to anyone who upgraded to iOS9 at the time on their iPad.
That's what we're here for!
Have you attempted to view this application on any other Android devices or do you have any issues logging into www.rogersondemand.com and viewing it from a browser such as Google Chrome?
Just a heads up - I am rocking an iPad 4 ("iPad with Retina Display") here with iOS 10.0.2, and the anyplace TV app works for me.

It seems to depend on the device used, the version of firmware on your device and the version of Anyplace.
Has been working for months on android.

I've tried reconnecting the cable and trying different ports but it still says that, and I still can't get over 95mbps on my computer.
Neighbour is also having issues. RogersCilio, I am having the same problem and I've done everything you've suggested above.

Today I found that by signing out, then signing back in again, the icon was back and it worked.
I subscribed to this package only for this reason otherwise the gampass is the only other option to watch NFL games.

At that time, it took Rogers about 5 months to bring out a version of the AnyPlace App that was compatible with iOS9.
If this works, attempt to use the remote control again.
Others have mentioned issues with streaming or the guide.
With our new and improved Rogers Anyplace TV TM, you can stream live TV and catch up on shows from your phone, tablet or computer.
If you look at the recent Anyplace threads (there are quite a few of them), you'll see in recent posts that there are lots of issues with streaming or the guide, etc.

My old iPad 3 which has iOS 9 can connect with no issues.
